Tea Monks Escondido was born from a simple conviction: that the best moments happen slowly, over a warm cup and something made by hand. We opened our doors on Via Rancho Parkway to give our neighborhood a place that refuses to rush.

Every pastry is mixed, shaped, and baked in-house each morning. Our teas are sourced from single estates, and our coffee is roasted to highlight origin character rather than mask it. This isn't fast food dressed up — it's food that asks for your attention.
